YOUTH MARIJUANA & ALCOHOL PREVENTION

Our Marijuana and Alcohol Work Groups lead the charge for projects focused on educating and engaging with youth. We implement the Prime for Life early intervention program, distribute resources to OB/GYN and pediatric provider offices, and collaborate on a tri-county annual Youth Summit event, just to name a few. TREATMENT & RECOVERY SUPPORT

We recognize that treatment and recovery for substance use is a need for many residents in Mason County, and we strive to see these needs met through the collaboration and engagement of providers in our community. Through the efforts of our Recovery Work Group, we helped establish a LifeRing recovery group in Mason County, and also provide reimbursement for mileage expenses to those transporting individuals outside the county for treatment. We look forward to collaborating on more projects that help close the gaps for those seeking recovery and treatment options. Get in touch to learn more!
